Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

Hygiene exception: Earrings and personal-care items cannot be returned once unsealed, due to hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return, message us on Instagram @joypearl_official or via the Contact page with your order number and reason.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. For COD orders, refunds are processed via UPI / bank transfer to a verified account.

Shipping charges on returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
